How do I post my Blog on Storeboard?To post your blog on Storeboard, first you have to Sign Up and create a profile. Your profile can be any type of profile, from personal to business. After you create a profile, you have to subscribe to one of Storeboard’s Premium Packages to be able to upload media to your profile. Finally with your active subscription, look for the “Add a Blog” link on the side-menu and fill in the window with your blog’s content. Click on the Publish button and your blog will be shared within Storeboard.
What is the price of Sponsored Posts?To view the pricing on the Sponsored Posts, check out the Sponsored Posts page. Sponsored posts are also part of Storeboard’s Premium Pacakges. You can access the Premium Packages page and view the different features included in each package.
How can I advertise on Storeboard?Storeboard provides its users with multiple ways to advertise their content. After you Sign Up and subscribe to one of Storeboard’s Premium Packages, you can upload the content you want to advertise depending on the media type. You can add individual images, videos, audio, or a blog. You can also show off your products within your profile, share coupons, and announce deals. With some of our Premium Packages, you’ll be able to sponsor your posts and reach more users within the website. You could also post on multiple cities or take advantage of your advertising credit and promote a video on Storeboard’s Dashboard.
Can Storeboard edit my profile?If you want our team to update a profile for you, you can subscribe to one of Storeboard’s Premium Packages that include a Profile Review and edit, or purchase our Profile Editing Service.
I can’t remember the email I used for my profile, what can I do?To recover a lost profile email or assign a new email to a profile, you can contact us via our Contact Us page and send us the profile’s URL with proof that you own that profile. An example of proof that you own the profile can be writing to us from an email shown on one of the business’ social media accounts.
My business is listed on Storeboard and I did not create it. How can I edit it/delete it?To claim a business profile created by a third party for a business you own, you can follow the steps to assign a new email to the profile or have Storeboard update the profile for you after proving you own the business. To Assign a new email to a profile or delete it, contact us via our Contact Us page and send us the profile’s URL with proof that you own that profile. If you want our team to update a profile for you, you can purchase our Profile Editing Service.
Can I have more than one business under one profile?To publish different businesses on Storeboard, you have to create different profiles for each business.
